Our goal is to develop and support talented and dedicated Indonesian and international junior golfers to achieve success competing in national and international tournaments.

We aim at opportunities for developing the next generation of Indonesian and international junior golfers into successful amateur and professional golfers.

Discovery

It is our world-class junior golf program that is designed for beginners. We fully understand that laying a strong foundation to your golfers is the key to nurturing future golf champions.

Momentum

Designed to develop technical skill, physical conditioning, mental preparation, and competition skills through a combination of structured training sessions, on-course practice and tournament play.

Destiny

Throughout the long-term golf development practices, the program will be based on principles of periodization, where the training will be structured to optimized performance to peak.

HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

A program that emphasizes the importance of individualized training plans and ongoing assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness and adjust training accordingly. Additionally, it includes a holistic approach to training that takes into account the golfer's nutrition, rest, and recovery needs.

Arsenio Adriao Musyanif

Congratulations to Arsenio Adriao Musyanif for an outstanding performance at the Junior Golf Series Indonesia.

Arsenio, from NGI Indonesia Junior Club, also brought home the win in the D Boys Division, showing great promise for the future.

Abraraza Adriano Musyanif

Congratulations to Abraraza Adriano Musyanif for an outstanding performance at the Junior Golf Series Indonesia.

Abraraza, currently training at NGI High Performance, claimed the title in the B Boys Division with a solid display of skills and consistency.

Ni Putu Alida

NGI Indonesia High Performance continues to shine. Ni Putu Alida Brigitte Lie (far left) delivered a strong performance at the 2026 Indonesian National Amateur Golf Championship, finishing 4th in the Ladies Division.
