It is our world-class junior golf program that is designed for beginners. We fully understand that laying a strong foundation to your golfers is the key to nurturing future golf champions.
Designed to develop technical skill, physical conditioning, mental preparation, and competition skills through a combination of structured training sessions, on-course practice and tournament play.
Throughout the long-term golf development practices, the program will be based on principles of periodization, where the training will be structured to optimized performance to peak.

A moment to remember forever at the Mandiri Ciputra Golfpreneur Junior World Championship 2026! Huge congratulations to Amara Putri Alvanina for making an incredible, unforgettable milestone-her very first hole-in-one on the 3rd Hole at PIK Course, Damai Indah Golf.
NGI High Performance student Eugene Tanyongjaya scores of 71, 71, 73 secured a 10th place finish, making him the best placed Indonesian in a very strong international field at the Mandiri Ciputra Golfpreneur Junior World Championship 2026.
Congratulations to Arsenio Adriao Musyanif for an outstanding performance at the Junior Golf Series Indonesia.
Arsenio, from NGI Indonesia Junior Club, also brought home the win in the D Boys Division, showing great promise for the future.
